Reigate is easily accessible via the M25 (Junction 8) at Reigate Hill. Our clinic is located at the bottom of Reigate Hill, just before reaching the train station. If coming by car, you’ll find on-street parking available along Holmesdale Road and nearby streets. There is limited free street parking (up to 2 hours during the day) on Holmesdale Road and Alma Road.

For longer stays or if street parking is full, The Prince of Wales pub car park on Holmesdale Road is a pay-and-display car park about a 1-minute walk from our clinic. (Note: After 6:30pm, local street parking restrictions usually lift, parking is often available nearby.)

landmarks
We are located on the approach road to the station, in an area with a mix of shops and cafés. You might notice a Co-op supermarket nearby and the station entrance, our clinic is right in that vicinity. Keep an eye out for our Mindful Aesthetics signage when you arrive.
Before
Your Appointment
To ensure the best experience, please take note of the following pre-appointment guidelines:
Medical Questionnaire
You will receive a medical questionnaire form in your reminder email. Please complete this form before your appointment. This allows our medical team to review your health information in advance and will help your consultation run smoothly.
Skin Preparation
Arrive with a clean face (no heavy makeup, if possible) for facial treatments. This helps us assess your skin and ensures a clean surface for treatment. If you’re using any strong skincare actives (like retinol or acids), you might want to pause them the day before to minimize irritation.
Health Considerations
If you develop any active skin issue (like a rash, infection, or cold sore in the area to be treated) or if you feel unwell in the days before your appointment, please let us know. It might be better to reschedule in some cases for your safety. Similarly, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have had any recent medical procedures, inform us ahead of time as some treatments may need to be deferred.
Arrival
Plan to arrive a few minutes early if you can. This gives you time to relax, use the restroom, and complete any remaining paperwork. Remember, our clinic is appointment-only, we do not accept walk-ins, patients are seen in private appointment slots. If you anticipate being late or need to reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible.
deposit
Your £50 deposit is non-refundable but will be deducted from your treatment cost. You may reschedule up to 48 hours in advance and carry the deposit forward. Cancelling or changing within 48 hours, or not attending, forfeits the deposit. Thank you for understanding, it allows us to keep appointments available for other patients.
By following these guidelines, you’ll help us ensure your treatment can proceed safely and effectively. If you have any questions about these pre-appointment instructions, please don’t hesitate to contact us by email or phone. Our contact info can be found in your booking confirmation email.
What to Expect During Your Consultation & Treatment
Consultation
Every appointment at Mindful Aesthetics begins with a thorough one-on-one consultation with our aesthetic doctor. This is your time to discuss your goals, concerns, and ask any questions you may have. We will review your medical history and examine the areas you’re interested in treating. Feel free to bring reference photos or a list of questions, we’re here to listen and provide professional guidance.
Personalised Plan
Based on our discussion and assessment, we’ll recommend a treatment plan tailored to your needs. If you’re unsure about what you’re suitable for, don’t worry, we will guide you. Whether you’re considering a specific procedure or just exploring options, the consultation is the opportunity to determine what’s best for you. (For example, some clients come in thinking they need one thing but discover another treatment better suits their desired outcome, we will explain all options.)
Same-Day Treatment
In most cases, if you decide to proceed, we can perform the treatment on the same day as the consultation. We schedule ample time for a “consultation + treatment” in the same appointment slot. This means you won’t necessarily have to book a separate session, you can have your procedure done immediately after discussing it, as long as you’re comfortable and there are no medical reasons to delay.
Multiple Treatments
If you’re considering more than one treatment during the same visit (for example, Botox and fillers together), you do not need separate appointments for each. Just book one appointment slot for the primary concern, and during your consultation let us know everything you’re interested in. We can usually carry out multiple treatments in the same session as appropriate, as long as time allows and it’s safe to do so. This will be discussed in the consultation as well, and we’ll adjust the plan accordingly.
During the Treatment
Our priority is to ensure you’re comfortable throughout the procedure.
Here’s what generally happens for
injectable treatments and procedures:
We will explain each step of the treatment before we begin, so you know what to expect. If at any point you’re unsure or uneasy, please let us know, we can pause and address any concerns.
For most treatments, we can apply a numbing cream or use other comfort measures. For example, with dermal fillers or certain skin boosters, a topical anesthetic is offered to minimize discomfort. Botox injections typically use very fine needles and are quick, so most clients feel only minimal stinging, often no numbing is needed for Botox.
The procedure itself may involve a series of small injections. We use sterile, fine needles and precise techniques. Most clients tolerate injectable treatments well, reporting only mild discomfort. For PRP treatments, a small blood draw (like a routine blood test) will be done first, which might involve a brief needle stick in the arm.
Duration
Individual treatment times vary, but generally injectables are quick. Anti-wrinkle (Botox) injections usually take around 3-5 minutes. Dermal filler treatments might take about 5-10 minutes depending on the areas and amount of filler being used. Skin booster injections are often around 5-10 minutes as well. PRP procedures (including drawing blood and injecting the plasma) typically take about 10–15 minutes in total. We will let you know the expected time for your specific treatment during consultation. (Keep in mind, your overall appointment will be longer because of the consultation and preparation steps.)
Sterility and Safety
We follow strict medical protocols to ensure your safety at every step. All needles, syringes, and consumable materials are strictly single-use and immediately disposed of after each patient—never reused. Before any treatment, the area is thoroughly cleansed with medical-grade antiseptic to minimise the risk of infection. Our clinic is maintained as a clinical-grade environment, not a spa or salon. We uphold hospital-level hygiene standards, with regular deep cleaning, sterilisation procedures, and strict cross-contamination prevention practices in place.
Communication
During the injections, you can simply relax. If you experience any discomfort beyond a mild pinch, inform us , we can adjust our technique, apply more numbing, or take a short break. Your comfort is important.
Professional Expertise
Your injectable treatment is performed by Dr. Haroon, our medical director, who is a highly experienced aesthetic doctor (he has performed over 12,000 aesthetic procedures). He also serves as an advanced aesthetic trainer for other medical professionals, so you can be confident in his precise, safe approach. Our philosophy is to deliver subtle, natural-looking results that enhance your beauty without looking overdone, we’ll keep your natural look intact while addressing your concerns.
After the Procedure
Once your treatment is done, we will provide you with detailed aftercare instructions. We’ll also let you know how to schedule any follow-up appointments if required. Before you leave, we’ll ensure you’re feeling well and all of your immediate questions are answered. We encourage you to stay in touch. If any questions or concerns arise after you get home, you can always call or email us. We genuinely care about your experience and results, so our support continues even after you walk out the door.
