How Much Do Anti-Wrinkle Injections Cost in Surrey?

In Surrey, most clinics charge between £175 and £250 to treat one area with anti-wrinkle injections, and between about £300 and £400 for three areas, the usual combination of forehead lines, frown lines and crow's feet. There are prices well outside that range in both directions. At our clinic in Reigate, one area is £200 and three areas are £300, and every treatment is carried out by a GMC-registered doctor.

The headline figure is only part of the answer, though. Two clinics can both advertise £200 for one area and be offering quite different things. Here is how anti-wrinkle treatment is priced, why the price varies, what should be included, and what it tends to cost over a year rather than per visit.

What anti-wrinkle treatment costs in Surrey

In October 2026 we looked at the published prices of eleven clinic locations across Surrey, including Reigate, Nutfield, Caterham, Epsom, Esher, Surbiton, Guildford, Cranleigh and Godalming. Their prices ran like this:

  • One area: £135 to £275, with most between £175 and £250

  • Two areas: £200 to £350, with most between about £250 and £300

  • Three areas: £225 to £425, with most between about £300 and £400

For comparison, a survey of around 1,000 UK clinics by the price comparison site TreatCompare in March 2026 put the national median at £170 for one area, £220 for two and £270 for three, and £280 for three areas across the south of England outside London. Surrey sits a little above the national figure, which is what you would expect in the South East.

Jaw slimming and teeth grinding, neck bands and excessive sweating are priced separately almost everywhere, because they need considerably more product than a facial area. Across Surrey those treatments mostly cost between £300 and £500.

How clinics price it: areas, not units

Most clinics price by area: the part of the face being treated, such as the forehead, the frown between the brows or the crow's feet around the eyes. A few price by the unit, the measure of the medicine itself. Pricing by area keeps the conversation on what is being treated rather than on counting units, although the dose within each area is still set by the size and strength of the muscle.

"Area" isn't a standard term, so it is worth checking what a clinic means by it. Crow's feet are usually one area covering both sides. Some clinics count a brow lift or a lip flip as a full area; others price them lower as smaller treatments. At our clinic there are ten facial areas, from forehead and frown lines to bunny lines, a gummy smile, the chin and the corners of the mouth, and the price depends on how many are treated in one appointment, not which ones.

That is also why extra areas cost less than the first. Much of the cost of an appointment is the assessment and the doctor's time, which don't double when a second area is added. At our clinic, each additional area adds £50.

Why the price varies from clinic to clinic

Who assesses you, and who prescribes

Botulinum toxin is a prescription-only medicine, so a prescriber has to assess you before it can be given: a doctor, a dentist, or a nurse or pharmacist who is an independent prescriber. If the person injecting you can prescribe, that happens in the same appointment. If not, a separate prescriber has to be involved, which can mean a second visit. Our article on doctors, nurses and non-medical injectors sets out the differences.

Experience

Anti-wrinkle treatment looks simple and isn't. The difference between a result nobody notices and a heavy, flat brow is dose and placement, and that comes down to the injector's judgement and experience, which is part of what you are paying for. Can Botox look natural? explains why.

The product

Several licensed botulinum toxin products are available in the UK. Botox® is the best-known brand, and its name is often used for all of them. They cost clinics slightly different amounts, and the prescriber chooses between them clinically.

Dose

Stronger muscles need more product. That is why some clinics charge men more, and why treatments for the jaw, neck and underarms cost more than a facial area.

What's included

This is the biggest hidden variable. Some prices include the consultation, a review at two weeks and a top-up if one is needed; others charge separately for some or all of these. Among the Surrey clinics we looked at, consultation fees ranged from nothing to £75, and were sometimes taken off the treatment price.

Location

Premises and overheads play a part too, which is why one Surrey group we looked at charges noticeably different prices in each of its towns.

Questions to ask before you book on price

  • Who will assess me and prescribe the treatment, and will I meet them in person?

  • Who will inject me, and how much of their working week is spent injecting?

  • Is there a consultation fee, and is it taken off the treatment price?

  • Is a review appointment included, and is a top-up charged if one is needed?

  • Which product will be used?

  • Who do I contact if something concerns me after treatment, and how quickly will they respond?

A good clinic answers all of these readily, and we would encourage you to ask them of us too. There are more in what to ask before anyone injects your face.

When a low price is worth a second look

A lower price isn't automatically a worse treatment. Clinics with lower overheads, or chains buying in volume, can charge less, and plenty of careful practitioners keep their prices modest. But when a price is well below the local range, it is fair to ask how. The answers to worry about are a dose reduced to fit the price, a prescriber you never meet, or no review or aftercare once you have left.

Two things hold whatever you pay. It is a criminal offence in England to give botulinum toxin to anyone under 18 for cosmetic purposes, and we do not treat anyone under 18. And a clinic that treats you without first taking a proper medical history is cutting the wrong corner.

What it costs over a year

Anti-wrinkle treatment typically lasts three to five months, and often longer with repeated treatment, so the price per visit is only part of the cost. If yours lasts around four months, that is three visits a year: £900 for three areas at our prices, and typically £900 to £1,200 across Surrey.

We don't run a rebooking schedule. Come back when you notice movement returning, rather than on a date set by the clinic, so the cost over a year follows how long treatment actually lasts for you. When it wears off, lines return to how they were before treatment, not worse.

What we charge at Mindful Aesthetics

Facial areas are priced by the number treated in one appointment:

  • One area: £200

  • Two areas: £250

  • Three areas: £300

  • Four areas: £350

  • Five areas: £400

Treatments beyond the face are priced per session:

  • Jaw slimming and teeth grinding (masseter): £375

  • Neck bands (platysma): £350

  • Excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis): £400

  • Trap-Tox (shoulder slimming): £500 a session; several sessions are needed

  • Calf slimming: £500 a session; several sessions are needed

Every treatment is carried out by Dr Haroon Ashraf, a GMC-registered doctor who injects full time. He is a senior clinical trainer at Derma Medical and has trained over 1,000 doctors, dentists and nurses in injectable technique and complication management. Because he is a prescriber, he can assess you and treat you in the same visit if you want to go ahead, rather than you booking a second appointment. The first dose is deliberately conservative, and we review at two weeks. The plan and the price are agreed with you before anything is injected, and there is no obligation to go ahead on the day.

Every area and treatment is described on our Botox® and anti-wrinkle treatment page, and every price at the clinic is on our pricing page. When you are ready, book a consultation.

Questions we're asked

Why does the first area cost so much more than the second?

Because most of the cost of an appointment is the assessment and the doctor's time, which don't double when another area is added. At our clinic the first area is £200, and each additional area adds £50.

Is a cheaper treatment a weaker one?

Not necessarily, but it can be. Price isn't a reliable guide to dose, so ask who decides the dose and whether the result is reviewed. A treatment that wears off quickly can cost more over a year than a dearer one that lasts.

How often will I need it?

Typically every three to five months, and often less frequently once you have had it a few times. We don't book you in on a schedule; come back when you notice movement returning.

Where are you, and do you see patients from across Surrey?

The clinic is at 3 Holmesdale Road, Reigate, Surrey RH2 0BA, a minute from Reigate station and open seven days a week by appointment. Patients come to us from across Surrey, including Redhill, Merstham, Dorking, Banstead, Leatherhead, Horley and Caterham, and junction 8 of the M25 is about ten minutes away.
